S’a shame cause Red Robin is actually an awesome comic… >___> I’m starting to like Tim less cause of the rabid slash fangirls… I mean yeah a bit of Timmy hanky pankying it up with Kon is acceptable every now and then but it’s getting a bit out of hand.

I personally read Tim as straight and don’t really like Kon/Tim that much, but this kind of reactions are still so weird to me.

So I have to ask you both.. why do you even bother? Why do you  care that someone else likes them together and/or like to read Tim as queer?

If another fan’s reading of a character stops you from enjoying his adventures, you should really start to check your priorities. And you privilege, while you are at it.

You both are making a ridicolous argument over something that doesn’t affect you unless you want it to, because in any case you’d have testosterone!Tim from the canon to read. Not a big deal to skip over meta, fics or art that give a much more queer reading of his character.

I seriously don’t understand why fans that have canon support for their views on character’s sexuality and relationships feel so threatened by fannish opinions.
